About me

I grew up in a home with a lot of health struggles. And somewhere along the way, I learned to function really well — and feel very little.

I got good at reading rooms, staying alert, keeping things together. For a long time, I thought that was just me.

It wasn't until I started working with my body — movement, breathwork, somatic practices — that I realized: this wasn't my personality. It was a pattern. One I'd been carrying so long, I forgot it was there.

Breathwork changed something. It helped me let go of things I'd been holding for years — stress, old pain, the quiet belief that staying small was safer than being seen. Through the breath, I found my way back to myself.

Today, I live in two worlds — and honestly, I think that's my biggest asset.

In my day job, I'm a Senior Manager. I think in systems, I build structures, I ask hard questions. I'm trained to cut through complexity and find what actually matters.

That's exactly how I work with people in breathwork too. I don't do vague. I don't do "just trust the process." I want you to understand what's happening in your body, why it's happening, and what you can actually do about it.

I became a certified Somatic Breathwork Practitioner, Reiki Master, and Somatic Coach. I offer 1:1 sessions and group journeys — in Munich and online, in German and English.

What I care about most: creating a space where you can land. Where you don't have to perform or explain or hold it together. Where something can actually shift.
