Meet your guide - Stefanie
Let me share a little of my story.
I believe our experiences shape how we hold space for others.
I grew up in a home where health struggles were constant. In that environment, I learned to sense what was never said — to stay alert, to feel deeply but never express it.
What I didn’t know then was that my nervous system was simply doing its best to protect me.
Later, I began to understand how these nervous system patterns had shaped the way I moved through life — in my relationships, my body, and even my work.
With every breathwork session I experienced and every somatic tool I practiced, I found my way back to myself.
Breathwork became a turning point.
It helped me release what had been held for years — old stress, emotional blocks, and the belief that I had to stay small or numb to survive.
Through the breath, I found clarity, presence, and the ability to feel fully again.
Today, this work lives alongside my professional path as a Senior Manager in a retail company.
I love what I do — leading people, creating structure, bringing ideas to life.
Both worlds inform each other: one grounded in clarity and strategy, the other rooted in awareness, embodiment, and human connection.
My path led me to become a certified Somatic Breathwork Practitioner, Reiki Master, and Somatic Coach.
I’ve also spent years practicing yoga, meditation, and embodiment work — but when I found Somatic Breathwork in 2022, something clicked. It felt like coming home.
I care deeply about creating spaces where people can land safely, reconnect with their bodies, and remember who they are beneath the noise.
Whether in 1:1 sessions or group journeys — my intention is to help people not just survive, but truly live.
